Posisi :

1. Logistic Manager

Job Description:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistic activities, receiving, and transportation.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Ability to have excellent communication (verbal and written), coordination, analytical thinking and problem solver.
  • Ensure discipline and accurate record information.
  • Arrange warehouse, plan routes, process shipment in accurate and full control.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints with great communication, coordination, and professional analytical skill.
  • Supervise, coach, and train all subordinate.
  • Excellent leadership quality.
  • Develop department structure and have effective approach with people career development to meet Company’s dynamic requirement.
  • Support and coordinate among other internal functions.
  • Survey, coordinate, monitor, record, and improve vendors technical performance.
  • Responsible to improve system for effective monitoring process ensuring effective process as the target.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in any relevant major.
  • Proven >5 years of experience as a Logistics Manager & Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, both orally and in writing and using computer especially Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills.
  • Planning and organizing achievable goals consistent.

2. Shipping Officer

Job Description:

  • Responsible for renting barges and vessels etc.
  • Responsible for tracking the progress for implementation of the shipping, timely communication, coordination and feedback.
  • Collecting and organizing relevant documents and market information.
  • Assisting superior to handle other related work.

Qualifications:

  • Have minimum Bachelor degree in any relevant major.
  • Candidates with prior experience working in maritime transportations services are preferred.
  • Have minimum 1-2 years working experience in shipping role.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar administrative tasks.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with both external and internal teams.
  • Candidates with Mandarin language skills are preferred.
  • Placement : Head Office, West Jakarta.

3. Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointment schedules and reservations.
  • Register and record guest arrivals.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including document management.
  • Oversee the receipt and distribution of mail and packages.
  • Provide information regarding company services and facilities.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) in any major
  • Female
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist

4. Environmental Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Manage environmental compliance and monitoring on site.
  • Coordinate with other department on site and environmental head office in order to meet the program and target.
  • Plan and manage reclamation target and project inspections related to reclamation.
  • Plan and manage nursery for seeding, plant caring, and revegetation preparation.
  • Monitor the project related to reclamation program such as nursery, revegetation, and plant maintaining.
  • Assess risk within the project and provide applicable solution.
  • Prepare reclamation report and compliance based on government regulation.
  • Communicate effectively with field personnel, related departments, and management to coordinate activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Experience in managing environment reclamation, preferably within the mining industry.
  • Proficiency in mapping software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.).
  • Certified Mining Operational Supervisor (POP).
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental standards in mining operations.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

5. Mine Control Center Foreman

Job Description:

  • Monitor and manage mine operations in real-time using centralized control systems (e.g., SCADA, GPS, dispatch systems).
  • Ensure safe and efficient execution of mining equipment, vehicles, and personnel coordination.
  • Respond promptly to system alerts, emergencies, or deviations from planned operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, material movement, and safety incidents.
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies or potential areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with field personnel, supervisors, and management teams to coordinate activities.
  • Analyze cost operations to support budget optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a control room environment, preferably within the mining industry.
  • Proficiency in using centralized control systems (e.g., SCADA, Modular Mining, Fleet Management Systems, GPS, Dispatch Systems).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to improve operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in mining operations.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across teams.

6. External Relation Foreman

Job Description:

  • Build communication and good relationships with the community, stakeholders, local leaders, media, village government, and relevant agencies.
  • Identify the needs and potential of the surrounding community as the basis for program development.
  • Create a baseline from the social mapping results and develop a work program plan.
  • Identify and survey the target groups and communities for the implementation of short, medium, and long-term CSR programs.
  • Design and implement CSR programs based on community development and empowerment.
  • Analyze the budget requirements for each CSR program and prepare the Work Plan and Budget (WPB).
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports on CSR programs.
  • Document the company’s CSR programs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication/Sociology/Social Development and Welfare/Community Empowerment or other relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in CSR/Community Development/Public Relations.
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have knowledge of ESG, ISO 26000, and Social Return on Investment (SROI).
  • Able to design and implement end-to-end CSR programs (planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation).
  • Possess skills in social mapping, community development, CSR, and conflict resolution.
  • Willing to be placed at the site office.

7. Survey Foreman

  • Job Description:
  • Conducting survey measurements on the surface (topography/original) to obtain data used for both in mining operation plan and infrastructure project plan, including forestry data.
  • Create 3D models of infrastructure project/mining sites using design software and digital imaging.
  • Use GIS to create site maps such infrastructure project, mining infrastructure, and despit layers.
  • Create maps, drawings of development layout, explorat drill, and miscellaneous layouts.
  • Validation and verfication database of survey (aerial methode, and topography).
  • Ensure the implementation of mining, environment and forestry regulatory obligation and guarantee the robustness of safety risk control approaches.
  • Carries out the implementation of mining and environmental management system (SMKP).

Qualifications:

  • SMA/SMK graduate with minimum 3 years of experience, or Diploma (D3)/Bachelor\’s degree (S1) with minimum 1 year of experience specialized in measuring instrument (Geodetic Engineering).
  • Experience minimum 1 year in development of project mining, open project/green field, in mining industries.
  • Certified in Mining Operation Supervisor (POP).
  • Able to do verification and interpretation of survey data.
  • Advance in operating surveyor tools/equipment such as Garmin GPS, Total Station, RTK, Drone, Drone RTK, etc.
  • Advance in operating surveyor processing software, GIS, etc.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking for analyzing and reporting.
  • Green Field experience.
